Hi, my name is Claire!

I’m a Houston native currently living in Austin for school, and I’ve loved photography for as long as I can remember. What began as a simple hobby has grown into something incredibly meaningful. I started Chezz Photography nearly four years ago, and since then, I’ve had the chance to work with the most amazing clients. It’s truly a joy to do what I love.

So, why Chezz Photography?
“Chezz” comes from the French word chez, meaning “at the house of” or “to the home of.” I chose this name because photography, to me, is all about creating a sense of home—comfort, connection, and authenticity. Whether we’re shooting in your favorite spot or somewhere totally new, I want you to feel at ease, like you’re in a space that’s yours. Every session is a chance to tell your story in a way that’s genuine and true to you.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can probably find me sipping an iced coffee, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, or way too emotionally invested in the latest reality TV drama. I’m all about finding joy in the little things—whether it’s golden hour lighting, a great playlist, or capturing that one candid moment that says it all.
